About the Role:
We are seeking a Traveling Superintendent with pharmaceutical construction experience to oversee and lead complex construction projects. This position is based in Athens, GA, with occasional travel required within the state.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities for pharmaceutical projects.
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and daily site operations.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with client expectations.
- 8+ years of experience as a construction superintendent.
- Significant experience with pharmaceutical or cleanroom construction projects.
- Deep knowledge of industry regulations, cleanroom standards, and GMP requirements.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex schedules.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
