What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Lead project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure productivity and professional growth.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of project management experience in the electrical construction industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
• Track Record: Proven ability to manage large-scale electrical projects, demonstrating expertise in resource allocation and conflict resolution.
