Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of quality control for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with USACE standards and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control plans.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, findings, and corrective actions.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet or exceed required standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of quality control experience, with specific expertise in USACE projects.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, construction processes, and engineering standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Certification in Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors is highly desirable.
