What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial and/or municipal construction.
- Proven ability to manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Expertise in fostering communication and collaboration among diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.
- A proactive problem solver who can adapt to challenges on-site and off.
- Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Manage resources effectively to meet project goals and client expectations.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
