Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site operations for multiple construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and manage site teams, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Identify and resolve challenges promptly to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years as a superintendent.
• A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, construction codes, and methodologies.
