Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator who will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery on our job sites. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of heavy equipment, possess a strong work ethic, and prioritize safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders, to perform various tasks on construction sites.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
  • Follow project specifications and blueprints to perform precise and accurate work.
  • Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
  • Valid and up-to-date heavy equipment operator certification.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret project specifications and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Physical fitness and stamina to withstand long hours and demanding work conditions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
