Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury home building and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing high-caliber residential projects. You will be responsible for ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s exact specifications, maintaining the exceptional quality NEXTEK is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of high-end custom home projects from start to finish.
• Manage on-site construction activities, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams.
• Ensure projects are completed to high standards of craftsmanship and in compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Maintain schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of all phases of construction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues, adjusting plans and strategies as needed to stay on track.
• Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering custom homes from ground-up through completion.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to high-end custom homes.
• Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents.
• Commitment to quality and a passion for building custom luxury homes.
