Position Overview:
Aspen Earthworks is seeking a Seasoned Project Manager to oversee and manage earthwork and site development projects. This role is essential in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil construction, sitework, and excavation and be skilled in managing teams, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining project efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of site development and earthwork projects, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules to meet deadlines
  • Lead teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to align project goals
  • Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement proactive solutions
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and reports
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in earthwork, site development, or civil construction
  • Strong background in grading, excavation, and utility installation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractors effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools
  • OSHA certification is a plus
