What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop residential projects, including custom homes and renovations.
• Create detailed drawings, renderings, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to bring design visions to life.
• Ensure designs comply with zoning regulations and building codes.
• Select materials, finishes, and design elements that align with client needs.
• Utilize industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp for design work.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in residential design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
