Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the pre-construction phase, including estimating, bidding, and procurement
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to develop project plans and budgets
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all pre-construction activities align with deadlines
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Work closely with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate pricing and scope
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving strategies

  
Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in construction management, pre-construction, or estimating
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost analysis
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working with subcontractors and vendors
• Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar is a plus)
