Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing pest management services to residential and commercial clients. You will inspect properties, identify pest issues, and implement effective solutions using industry-standard practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
• Develop and implement customized pest management plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Apply pesticides and other pest control methods in a safe and effective manner.
• Educate clients on preventive measures to avoid future pest problems.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including treatments and follow-ups.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest pest control techniques and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in pest control is preferred but not required; we offer comprehensive training.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and licenses as required by the state of Nevada.
