Position Overview:
BUILT. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage on-site operations for our projects. This role is critical in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial or residential construction and be skilled at leading teams, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor to meet project schedules.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and material deliveries.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections, address challenges, and implement solutions.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and daily reports.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent is a plus.
• Strong background in commercial or residential construction.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
• OSHA certification is preferred.
