Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate all phases of a project from pre-construction to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Lead project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee contract administration, including change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Proven track record in managing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools Sage Construction Management, Smartsheet, and Google Drive is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
