Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction cost estimation, analyzing project specifications, and preparing accurate bids. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates
• Prepare detailed project take-offs, labor, and material cost assessments
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Assist in preparing bid proposals and contract negotiations
• Monitor market trends and construction costs to ensure competitive pricing strategies
• Work closely with the pre-construction and project management teams to optimize budgeting and forecasting
• Maintain records of estimates, contracts, and change orders

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards
• Proficiency in estimating software (such as ProEst, PlanSwift, or Bluebeam)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
