Accounting & Financial Management:
- Managing daily accounting operations using QuickBooks
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconciling bank statements and financial records
- Assisting with financial reporting and month-end close
- Preparing and analyzing budgets and forecasts
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Supporting audits and tax preparation efforts
- Communicating effectively across departments
- Maintaining organized and accurate financial records
- 4+ years of QuickBooks experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Tech-savviness and a willingness to learn new systems
