The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in hospitality construction to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of hospitality construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
  • Lead project teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospitality construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering high-end hotel, resort, or hospitality projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
