Ground Up Careers is seeking a skilled and driven leader to manage exciting projects valued at $2M and beyond. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ground-up vertical construction projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain seamless communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and quality standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, keeping projects on track.
• Foster a collaborative, solutions-driven work environment through clear leadership and communication.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in vertical construction, with expertise in ground-up projects.
• Proven success managing projects valued at $2M+.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and construction methodologies.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt to project demands.
