Position Overview:The Superintendent will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of vertical build projects. This position requires a dynamic leader who is skilled at managing crews, timelines, and budgets while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. Frequent travel within the state is a critical part of this role, providing an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of vertical build projects, from planning to completion.
- Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring they align with project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and enforce protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in vertical construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
- Willingness to travel within the state as required.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools is a plus.
