The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in ground-up construction to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can analyze costs, prepare accurate estimates, and contribute to the successful execution of projects. Project management experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up construction projects
• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and proposals
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing
• Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities
• Assist in pre-construction planning and budgeting
• Stay updated on market trends, materials, and labor costs

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in estimating for ground-up construction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Project management experience is a plus
